Why Happy Hungry Dragon? Well, Happy because I am always cheerful I make people laugh I guess? Then Hungry, Yeah always on the hunt for the best foods, recipes and hole in the wall restaurants And lastly, Dragon this ones funny, my kids and husband calls me one, I rarely get mad but when I do I spit fire.

Uhm..Yeah this blog is written because I first thought of coming back to working again. I thought of maybe be a working Mom, but what the heck, thinking of workloads and meeting deadlines ain't my thing anymore. I have worked in the technical field for the biggest names of computers for almost 10 years, then I got drawn to motherhood got addicted to it, became a freelancer and managed an online shop but I never got the the chance to go back in the corporate world again. Good thing my husbands supports me all the way. He does not have any choice. Neeh!!

I had a long list of things I wanted to do with the little time I have for my self. You know, motherhood. That's when I thought of why not starting a blog and I realized that I have always been sharing this idea to so many close family and friends but never had the time to start.

This blog will have a lot of topics but will focus on whatever I think is worthy of sharing. Everything will be an honest no bias opinion, my point of view on things and of course motherhood. Travel will also be a main topic, I make fun itineraries that does not break the bank with one main goal: Make amazing memories.

As my reader, my goal is for you to feel that you are part of a fun community and my topics will be very relatable.
